It is with deep sadness that I share the passing of Brother Bobby Davis of the Alpha Epsilon pledge class. Bobby passed away on July 13 after a brief illness. His service was held July 25 at Guilford College United Methodist Church in Greensboro, followed by a celebration of his life that evening at the Proximity Hotel.
Some of you heard this news from Vic Calaman in July. Many of you are reading it for the first time, and for that I owe you an apology. The association has been between email systems this summer, and this notice should have reached the full brotherhood much sooner. We are standing up a new alumni newsletter now so that news that matters to this brotherhood reaches everyone promptly going forward.
Bobby was a loyal friend and brother, and he will be terribly missed by all who knew him. His obituary is here, and condolences to his family can be shared on that page as well:
